Dress Code

Academic Attire for Students 

All LBUSD K-8 schools require that students follow a uniform clothes policy. Please read our guidelines so that you will be fully aware of what is and is not acceptable in student dress at Bryant Elementary School. Students are expected to be dressed in the appropriate uniform daily. 

Bryant Elementary School Uniform

Tops:

• White, light blue or navy blue with a collar (exception:  Bryant t-shirts/sweaters)
• Long or short sleeves
• Turtlenecks are acceptable
• No strapless, spaghetti straps, off the shoulder, low-cut, or tank tops

Bottoms:

• Dark navy blue pants, shorts, skirts, or jumpers
• Waistband bands are not to be 2" larger than the waist
• No spandex or lycra
• No oversized, baggie-style clothing
• Belts must be a fitted length and end must be tucked into the belt loops
• No jeans/denim (of any color)

Outerwear:

• Sweaters, sweatshirts, or jackets in uniform colors

Footwear:

• Shoes must cover the entire foot
• No sandals or any other open-toed or open heeled footwear may be worn
• No high heels may be worn
